Choose from a variety of rooms within the stunning private house in Tabernash, Colorado. This mountain home features 4 bedrooms with lots of space and a hot tub with impressive views.

Activities
Lake Day
We will be enjoying a lake day at Lake Granby, about 20 minutes from the house. This is mountain beauty at its finest. Relax your body, restore your mind, and renew your spirit with the best views. Bring your paddle board and experience the thrill of an exhilarating SUP class led by Heather Alexander. Plus, indulge in a delightful picnic on the lake—a perfect day of lakeside fun awaits!
Yoga and Wellness
Enjoy daily guided meditation sessions and invigorating all-level hatha fusion yoga classes led by Shelly Jenkins. We will offer rejuvenating the practices of forest bathing and earthing for a holistic wellness experience.

Travel Information
You will join your Sisterhood in Tabernash, Colorado for a retreat from city life. You will be blown away by the massive aspen glades and the sounds of the birds singing and bees buzzing. The glorious mountain town of Tabernash, is 75 miles from Denver and about a 90 minute drive from Denver. Look for detailed information on route, as well as ride-sharing after booking.

Not Included:
- Your round trip transportation to and from retreat
- Your round trip transportation to and from Lake Granby

- Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance
- Any extra activities you choose to do in your free time
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the first day of the retreat, guest will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation 31-90 days prior to the first day of the retreat, guest will receive a full Twisted Sister Yoga Credit less a 25% Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation 0-30 days prior to the first day of the retreat: guest will receive full credit less a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early.
- Twisted Sister Yoga Credit is valid for two years and may be utilized on any Twisted Sister Yoga event.
- There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather.
- All guests must sign the “RETREAT CONTRACT AND RELEASE FORM” prior to the retreat, provided at your Eventbrite registration.
- We recommend travel cancellation insurance should your travel plans change.

Your Host
Shelly’s approach to yoga is one that honors the self, with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and authenticity. Her classes meld awareness with movement and breath, adding heart and humor along the way. Shelly completed her 200-hour teacher training at Axis Yoga in 2013 and her 500-hour teacher training at Kindness Yoga in 2018, both in Denver, CO. She is the founder of Twisted Sister Yoga and teaches ganja yoga classes, workshops and retreats around the world.
