I’ve crafted a ganja yoga experience that includes 3 transformational workshops, yoga & meditation, mineral hot springs and the most wonderful plant in the world, cannabis. Choose from a variety of shared rooms within the stunning Lazy RB Ranch in Winter Park, Colorado. The 5,000 square foot home features five retro bedroooms, an impressive wood-burning fireplace set in moss-rock granite, a fantastic kitchen with 180-degree views of Devils Thumb Ranch and a great room that converts to a ganja yoga studio overlooking the valley.

Inspired from health conscious living, enjoy high-energy vegetarian cuisine for the duration of the retreat. Tasty drinks and continuous snack food is available.
Ganja Gourmet Dinner
One special evening, we indulge in a cannabis-infused dining experience that will not soon be forgotten. We start with an elixir and proceed to distillate infused appetizers. Our meal is farm-fresh vegetarian infused with canna-butter. With companions like this, belly laughing and dancing is soon to follow.
Activities
Hot Sulphur Springs
We will visit the charming Hot Sulphur Springs Resort and Spa just 20 minutes from our peaceful mountain property. Operating for an impressive 140 years, Hot Sulphur Springs Resort is created by seven natural springs flowing above a large underground fissure that feeds over 200,000 gallons of natural hot mineral-rich water through 21 mineral pools and baths controlled at 95º to 112ºF. They do not add chemicals, filter or re-circulate their mineral water so that our soak is authentic and rich in beneficial minerals.
Yoga
Guided meditation and daily all-level hatha fusion yoga classes designed to activate qualities within you for retreat workshops. For example, a yoga class will activate your intuition and creativity prior to vision boarding.

Travel Information
While travel to the retreat is not included, you will enjoy the lovely route from Denver along the majestic I-70 corridor, past the tiny town of Empire and over the switchbacks of Berthoud Pass. Just 20 minutes past the mountain town of Winter Park, exit right to the exclusive ranches of the valley and past the unique Japanese long hair cattle grazing in the meadows.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the first day of the retreat, guest will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation 31-90 days prior to the first day of the retreat, guest will receive a full Twisted Sister Yoga Credit less a 25% Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation 0-30 days prior to the first day of the retreat: guest will receive full credit less a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early.
- Twisted Sister Yoga Credit is valid for two years and may be utilized on any Twisted Sister Yoga event.
- There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather.
- All guests must sign the “RETREAT CONTRACT AND RELEASE FORM” prior to the retreat, provided at your Eventbrite registration.
- We recommend travel cancellation insurance should your travel plans change.

Your Host
Shelly’s approach to yoga is one that honors the self, with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and authenticity. Her classes meld awareness with movement and breath, adding heart and humor to each class. Shelly completed her 200-hour teacher training at Axis Yoga in 2013 and her 500-YTT at Kindness Yoga in 2018, both in Denver. She is the founder of Twisted Sister Yoga and teaches ganja yoga classes, workshops and retreats around the world.
