I am honored to invite you to a private majestic Lake House near Marble, Colorado, for our 7th Annual women’s retreat! This property overlooks a beautiful Lake, with a view that is second to none. I’ve crafted a ganja yoga experience that includes workshops, yoga & meditation, lake-time and the most wonderful plant in the world, cannabis. Join me for a mountain retreat designed to help you find the joy in life. You will also learn techniques on how to raise your vibration and how to intentionally manifest your dreams into reality. Accommodations
Choose from a variety of shared rooms within the stunning private house in Marble, Colorado. This lake home features four bedrooms, a hot tub and impressive views. The outdoor patio converts to a ganja yoga studio with amazing mountain views.
Cuisine
Inspired from health conscious living, enjoy high-energy vegetarian cuisine for the duration of the retreat. Tasty drinks and continuous snack food is available.
Ganja Gourmet Dinner
One special evening, we indulge in a cannabis-infused dining experience that will not soon be forgotten. We start with an elixir and proceed to distillate infused appetizers. Our meal is farm-fresh vegetarian infused with canna-butter. With companions like this, belly laughing and dancing is soon to follow.
Activities
Lake Time and Penny Hot Springs
We will visit Penny Hot Springs, just 20 minutes from our peaceful mountain property. Near Carbondale, on Crystal River, this gem in the rough was supposedly frequented by hippies bathing nude, but don’t let its reputation scare you, you’ll fit right in! An extremely short walk off Highway 33 will promise you pools of hot spring water in its natural state. No added chemicals here, this is au natural, baby!

Guided meditation and daily all-level hatha fusion yoga classes every morning.

Travel Information
You will join your Sisterhood in Marble, Colorado for a retreat from city life. You will be blown away my the massive aspen glades and the sounds of the birds singing and bees buzzing. The glorious mountain town of Marble is a 3 1/2 hours from Denver via I-70 to Glenwood Springs and south to Marble. Look for detailed information on route, as well as ride-sharing after booking.

- Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance
- Private additional coaching with me
- Any extra activities you choose to do in your free time
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the first day of the retreat, guest will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation 31-90 days prior to the first day of the retreat, guest will receive a full Twisted Sister Yoga Credit less a 25% Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation 0-30 days prior to the first day of the retreat: guest will receive full credit less a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early.
- Twisted Sister Yoga Credit is valid for two years and may be utilized on any Twisted Sister Yoga event.
- There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather.
- All guests must sign the “RETREAT CONTRACT AND RELEASE FORM” prior to the retreat, provided at your Eventbrite registration.
- We recommend travel cancellation insurance should your travel plans change.

Your Host
Shelly’s approach to yoga is one that honors the self, with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and authenticity. Her classes meld awareness with movement and breath, adding heart and humor along the way. Shelly completed her 200-hour teacher training at Axis Yoga in 2013 and her 500-hour teacher training at Kindness Yoga in 2018, both in Denver, CO. She is the founder of Twisted Sister Yoga and teaches ganja yoga classes, workshops and retreats around the world.
