Let the week go with a relaxing Friday evening yoga class. Shelly teaches a mellow, yet challenging Flow for All Levels. We uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop mindful awareness, strength and flexibility in your practice and your life. Condition your body and mind to relax even when in challenging situations.
